We come with innovations
As the first developer in Prague, we have built a practical room with a shower for bikes and strollers in residential projects near cycling tracks, which can also be used by dog owners in bad weather.
For all our new residential projects we offer virtual reality for selected apartment layouts. You can see your dream apartment before you buy it.
In the project Botanica K 1, 2 we successfully installed a greywater recycling technology. It is the first residential project in the Czech Republic with this technology.
We revived the sleeping brownfield after the former sugar refinery in Modřany and made it available to the public. This created a unique place for meetings of communities and their social and sports activities. Visit Cukrkandl.
Respect for the environment
We emphasize the careful use of natural resources in the construction of new apartment buildings and the use of smart solutions to reduce energy costs. We also make sure that new projects are created in accordance with the environment in which they grow up. Where it is possible, we apply a greywater recycling system and aim for BREEAM certifications.

The Skanska Home Center is located in the Corso Court building in Karlín, Prague. You will find everything related to the new home - from the first contact with a real estate agent and mortgage consultant, through matters related to the layout and refurbishment of the new home, consultancy of the interior designer, to handling matters related to warranty obligations.

We have won several awards in prestigious real estate competitions. In 2016 our apartment houses Elča and Emča became the winner of the category Residential projects over 25 apartments in the Best of Realty award.
