We are gradually trying to incorporate biodiversity enhancing elements into new projects.

Residents of some of our projects can lure birds on a sunflower in winter, in summer they can pour water into a drinking fountain or a bath. In our newer projects you will find birdhouses and in the beds of the boxes for various types of insects - for example, a house for butterflies or a house for ladybugs and lacewing. The beds are planted with nectarose herbs to attract as many insects as possible.
