Modřanský cukrovar

Modřanský cukrovar is growing along Komořanská Street, within a 10-minute walk of the Modřany Station and Čechova čtvrť tram stops. In the future, the Transport Company is planning a new stop right in front of the residential area, which will further improve the accessibility of the location.

The area will also house a family brewery, a supermarket, as well as small shops and service areas. A new urban district with a square is being created here, where up to 5,000 m2 of commercial space will be created.

Habitat

Habitat is growing in the northeastern part of Prague 10, right next to Černokostelecká Street. The Malešická továrna tram and bus stop is located in close proximity, a 3-minute walk away. Just a few steps away is the Depo Hostivař metro station, which can be reached in 5 minutes.

In the first stage, which is currently under construction, we are preparing spaces for small businesses and services, and we will gradually add more in new stages. In the end, a valuable infrastructure will be created here with smaller shops, a pharmacy, a café, and later a restaurant.
